Why the AI Blog / AdSense Experiment Became a Dedicated Project
Date: 2026-05-02
The AI Blog / AdSense experiment was initially managed alongside the monthly operating Board. But after running it for a while, it became clear this experiment wasn’t just a Board item — it needed to be recorded as one of chulbuji.com’s long-term monetization experiments, with its own dedicated space.
The Problem with the Previous Structure
In the old Projects listing, the AI Blog / AdSense experiment was categorized as an active focus project, but the link pointed to /board/.
/board/ is where the monthly operating status and current focus areas are summarized.
That makes it a poor destination for showing a specific project’s purpose, background, progress, and related records.
Under that structure, visitors could mistake the AI Blog / AdSense experiment for just another item on the operating Board — not a standalone project. And as related records accumulated over time, there was a real risk of losing the thread: no single place to see the full context of the experiment.
What Changed
The restructure gave the AI Blog / AdSense experiment its own dedicated project page.
The structure now looks like this:
- Projects listing
- AI Blog / AdSense Experiment card
/projects/ai-blog-adsense/- External blog, operating Board, related Log / Insight links
/board/ now serves as a secondary reference for monthly direction, while /projects/ai-blog-adsense/ is the primary destination for this experiment.
Related Log and Insight entries are managed with project_tag: AIBlogAdSense for automatic linking.
The Distinction Between the External Blog and chulbuji.com
The AI Blog / AdSense experiment has two distinct spaces.
The external blog is the execution space — where actual posts are published and blog operations are tested. Content topics, post structure, publishing cadence, AdSense approval preparation: all of that is being tested there in real conditions.
chulbuji.com, on the other hand, is where the experiment’s purpose, operational decisions, structural changes, lessons learned, and insights are recorded. If the external blog is the lab, chulbuji.com is the record of what’s being observed and decided.
This distinction matters. Without it, the two spaces risk duplicating each other. The external blog stays focused on content execution. chulbuji.com records why the experiment is running, how operational choices are being made, and what’s been learned.
What This Means for AdSense Preparation
This experiment isn’t simply about expecting ad revenue. It’s a live test of how content structure, site credibility, operational consistency, policy document accuracy, and user value interact during the AdSense approval preparation process.
That means the current state is not described as “approved” or “generating revenue.” The accurate description is: monetization experiment in progress, AdSense approval preparation underway.
The reason for separating this into a project and keeping records isn’t to track a short-term outcome. It’s long-term asset-building — documenting what structure was built, why it was adjusted, what content strategy was set, so that the process itself becomes a durable record.
How This Experiment Will Be Managed Going Forward
From here, any Log or Insight related to the AI Blog / AdSense experiment will carry project_tag: AIBlogAdSense.
The project page acts as the hub where those records accumulate. The external blog focuses on content publishing and blog operation experiments. chulbuji.com records the operational decisions and structural improvements.
Through this structure, the AI Blog / AdSense experiment is no longer just a side project — it’s one of chulbuji.com’s managed long-term experiments, tracked and recorded in a place built to hold it.
